The Science Ninja Team discovers a massive whale attacking harbors, which is actually a Galactor submarine. They spot it heading toward a pod of whales and firing a rocket at the God Phoenix. To rescue a young whale under attack by orcas, the G4 abandons pursuit, allowing the submarine to escape. Nambu reprimands the team for their hesitation and attaches a transmitter to the small whale to track the enemy. Following the signal to the Arctic Circle, Ken and Joe investigate two men posing as forest rangers, who are revealed to be Galactor agents using a trick that killed Joe’s parents. The team infiltrates the base, learning of a global harbor attack plan. They plant explosives on the base and submarines but stay behind to help the trapped young whale, leaving Jinpei behind. After the explosion, Jinpei contacts the team, revealing he was saved by the small whale, bringing relief to everyone.
