Ep. 19: Prince Luga risks his life to expose Galactor's corruption through a dangerous race.
The Ruman Kingdom, known as the Gambling Kingdom, suffers under King Galactor’s oppressive rule and heavy taxes. Prince Luga, moved by his people's suffering, secretly contacts the ISO to surrender a microfilm revealing Galactor’s base locations, defying his father’s orders. The Science Ninja Team enters a public race sponsored by the prince to retrieve the film, but Galactor anticipates their move and traps them in the kingdom’s interior. Katse attempts to trade the film for the king’s life, but the prince has already given it to Ken. Enraged, Katse shoots the king. The prince mourns but resolves to serve his people. Katse tries to force Jinpei to regurgitate the swallowed film by cutting his stomach. After a fierce fight, Joe corners Katse but fails to remove his mask as he escapes. Tragically, the film is destroyed in the chaos, despite the team saving the prince.
