Nambu orders the Science Ninja Team to investigate mummified corpses. Joe saves a girl from mannequin mechas and takes her to the hospital. Ken blames Joe for not contacting him and distrusts the girl. Joe sees the girl running away and follows her. Ken finds plastic from her bed and connects it to Joe's message about a puppet cemetery. The team searches for a mannequin dumping place. Jun and Ryu are captured by Maya, who controls the mannequins. Ken and Jinpei sneak into the base using Ryu's Birdscramble and save the others. They defeat the mannequins. Maya was allowed to leave Galactor if she succeeded in terminating the Science Ninja Team. Katse shoots Maya for failing and leaves, stating it is not possible to leave Galactor alive. The mask falls from Maya's face. She tells the Science Ninja Team about the self-destruction of the base and murmurs that she would have loved living under the sun, then she passes away.
