Ep. 6: Aoi opens Moonflower, faces an assassin, and investigates a mysterious mask.

Aoi names her establishment Moonflower. A Tenjin-ya chef pranks her after a Tengu elder prefers her cooking. An assassin attacks Aoi, but Sasuke, a Kamaitachi security guard, saves her. Aoi feeds Sasuke and learns he knew her grandfather, often joining Shiro’s pranks like scaring patrons or peeping in baths. Odanna invites Aoi to town, where she discovers an Ayakashi newspaper named her his fiancée to the Hidden Realm. Aoi pursues an Ayakashi wearing a mask similar to the one that fed her as a child. She gets separated and nearly eaten until Odanna arrives, revealing the creature is Rokusuke, a farmer who supplies her favorite cherry juice. On Moonflower’s opening night, Tengu book the eatery for an all-night party, but Aoi receives no customers for a week. Consequently, she is summoned to meet Byakuya, Tenjin-ya’s chief accountant.
