Ep. 3: Aoi travels to Youto with Odanna and meets Suzuran while facing Ayakashi threats.

Aoi receives a crystal hairpin from Odanna that marks her debt deadline. They journey to Youto, the capital, where they encounter Suzuran, Akatsuki's sister. Aoi gets separated from Odanna, and Oryo throws snow to expose Aoi as human, prompting Ayakashi to attack. A Tengu fan repels the creatures. Aoi assists Suzuran, who was sold to Tannosuke of the Yahata-ya family. Odanna arrives, and the group escapes on an airship while Tannosuke and his servants fire upon them. Aoi uses the fan for defense. Odanna reveals Aoi is Shiro's granddaughter and fiancée, frightening Tannosuke. Oryo is confined to Tenjin-ya. Aoi plans the menu with Ginji, who knows her preference for curry. Kasuga arrives with a feverish Oryo.
