Keima travels to another town to purchase a rare first edition of the bishōjo game "Love Tears," with Elsie accompanying him. He instructs Elsie to buy the game while he attends a game fair, suspecting she might make a mistake. Elsie correctly identifies the expensive edition but accidentally purchases the anime version instead. Keima had anticipated this error and secured the actual game. Later, Haqua visits the Katsuragi residence to request assistance with a report regarding a spirit that consumed negative emotions at the academy. They utilize a magical scale model of the school featuring autonomous dolls controlled by a microphone. Haqua alters the narrative of a past theater incident to claim Keima clung to her, destroying the microphone to prevent correction. Since she previously reported harassment, the dolls display this false version, causing Haqua and Elsie to attack Keima in misunderstanding. After recovering the dolls, Haqua thanks them, though Elsie suspects Haqua used the report as an excuse to visit.
