Aired on May 10, 2011

Keima falls into depression after discovering 60,000 spirits remain before his contract ends, a situation worsened when classmate Chihiro Kosaka mocks him. Elsie detects a spirit inside Chihiro, but Keima refuses to help because she lacks unique traits. After witnessing Chihiro’s rejection by a boy, Keima tries to console her the next day, only for her to reveal she faces frequent romantic failures. Their argument escalates when Chihiro attacks Keima’s obsession with bishōjo games, causing him to isolate himself in his room for days. He eventually returns to school but remains silent. Concerned, Ayumi Takahara visits Keima and finds him has fainted from starvation.
