Ep. 7: Keima helps Chihiro realize her feelings for him while she prepares to confess to Yuta.

Keima prepares Chihiro to confess to Yuta, but she realizes her feelings for Keima and cancels the plan. Keima is frustrated by the wasted effort, yet Chihiro departs believing she can never be special. Determined to make amends for ignoring her emotions, Keima locates Chihiro on a ship. She admits she liked him due to shared disappointment with reality, but Keima corrects her, stating he has never given up on himself. When Chihiro protests that an average person cannot be special, Keima surprises her with a kiss, asserting that her desire alone can make her special. This act expels the spirit, which Elsie captures. Freed, Chihiro becomes confident and decides to start a rock band, while Keima reflects on his past actions and questions his own life.
