Unaware that Erin and Ia-lu know the truth, she wrongly believes the Grand Duke's Tohda murdered her grandmother. The two eventually part ways while standing in the rain, highlighting the tension between Seimiyah's grief, her misconceptions, and the political pressures surrounding her new role.
