Noa backflips the Griffin, causing it to malfunction while smashing her main camera. Ohta and Yamazaki assist by destroying the enemy's main camera with a Labor gun. Both machines suffer heavy damage, prompting Utsumi to order Bud to escape. The Griffin flies away but crashes into Tokyo Bay, sinking to the ocean floor while Bud is saved. Asuma finds a crying Noa inside her battered Ingram. Utsumi negotiates with Schaft to avoid Three-S, escaping Japan with Bud. Kanuka's investigation remains unresolved but concludes for now as she bids the SV2 farewell.
