Following Ohta's destruction of multiple vehicles during a call-out, an insurance investigator from the SV2's provider arrives to assess their high claim frequency. Naoyo Yamada, a middle-aged woman from the insurance company, requests that Division recreate the crime to evaluate their performance. Unable to determine whether to renew their insurance coverage based on this reconstruction, she decides to remain with the team until their next mission. Although they successfully apprehend the criminal without incident, the subsequent cleanup proves disastrous. Ohta is tasked with moving the criminal's truck but inadvertently causes several cars to collide, resulting in a massive pile-up. He then accidentally crushes a child's bicycle, leaving the team's insurance status uncertain.
