Ep. 18: Giyu and Shinobu arrive at Mount Natagumo while Tanjiro and Inosuke battle Father and Rui.

Giyū and Shinobu reach Mount Natagumo and divide their search efforts. Tanjiro and Inosuke struggle against Father, whose tree trap repels Tanjiro. Shinobu arrives to aid the paralyzed Zenitsu. Tanjiro encounters Rui torturing the Daughter, who claims it is a family matter, angering Tanjiro. Rui kills a demon slayer with his threads. Tanjiro engages Rui, blocking attacks despite injuries. Inosuke fights Father, severing an arm before Father sheds his skin to become stronger. Inosuke’s swords break, but he stabs Father’s neck. Giyū arrives, severing Father’s arm and killing him as he regrows. Tanjiro detects Rui’s thread scent and attacks, but the thread slices his blade and approaches his face.
