Ep. 20: Takeshi's group escapes during chaos while police struggle against Gotou

Following a botched breakout and resulting public unrest, Takeshi and his companions manage to evade capture. In response, law enforcement forces launch an assault on the Town Hall to apprehend the fugitives. However, the operation is derailed when officers confront Gotou, an adversary whose power level proves insurmountable for the police. This encounter triggers widespread disorder, allowing the escapees to continue their flight while the authorities are unable to effectively counter the threat posed by this formidable opponent.
