Ep. 3: Son recalls past rivalry with Hou while navigating Chateau's anger and family secrets.

Chateau is furious when Son takes her clothes for cleaning, including underwear, before leaving a message from Spiderweb. Son recalls five years ago, when he and Hou, also known as Spiderweb, worked for the same organization. Hou was angry that Son received a promotion first despite Hou having longer tenure. Chateau returns to the office where Euripedes is upset about her absence and the destruction of her car. Later, Chateau finds Son at her home. He notices a photo of her with her parents. Chateau reveals Euripedes knows about Son, but he is unconcerned because exposing him would ruin their reputation. They must either kill him or work with him secretly. Chateau questions why Son risks his life, noting she does the same by associating with him without properly rejecting him. Her mother calls to remind her of her father’s death anniversary, upsetting her, so Son leaves.
