In Glendan, Leerin Marfes meets Synola Leisler, who sees visions through her eyes. In Zuellni, Layfon explains to Kalian his desire for a peaceful life, then tells Nina he wants to stop fighting. Cloaked hunters capture Zuellni, the city’s electronic spirit. Dickserio Muscaine transports Nina and the spirit to another dimension, where they defeat the hunters. Dickserio then uses kei energy to put Nina to sleep. Harley Sutton reveals to Layfon how Zuellni’s sacrifice in Nina’s childhood drove her to seek power. Layfon returns home, meeting Mifi Rotten and Naruki Gelni with Mayshen. Felli forgives Layfon for the inter-platoon match incident, but requires them to assign each other nicknames. Using psychokinetic powers, Felli detects a large dragon in the distance. A flashback shows Ailain Garfied rescuing a young girl named Saya from attackers escaping a complex.
