Ep. 2: Riki and Saya stock up on supplies before facing Darkness Executives in the dungeon

Riki and Saya explore three basement levels of an underground dungeon filled with booby traps, then decide to restock on water, food, and supplies. They meet at the shopping district after school, where Saya’s excitement over a claw crane piques Riki’s interest. Returning to the fourth basement, Riki feels a sense of familiarity with Saya. While searching for a downward staircase, they are attacked by the Darkness Executives. Riki activates the stairs to cover Saya’s escape, and they retreat into a room containing a hot bath. Saya awkwardly undresses to relax, causing Riki anxiety. After dressing again, they share a picnic, during which Riki realizes he fell in love with Saya some time ago.
