Marielle demonstrates flavor preparation and Michitaka shares steam engine news during the conference. Shiroe argues that manual creation drives economic demand, then proposes laws banning player violence and ensuring guild freedom. He extends these rights to Landers, surprising attendees. With Marielle’s support, he persuades guild masters of the Landers' value and the necessity of peaceful coexistence. The leaders unanimously agree to form the Round Table, announce the decision to the city, and hold a celebration.
