Ep. 7: Lupin investigates a forged Picasso painting linked to a deceased friend and a mysterious figure from his past.
Aired on May 16, 2018

Lupin accepts a job from his old friend Gaston to steal a painting from the vault of Mr. B, a compulsive art collector. The artwork is a Picasso forgery supposedly created by Gaston's grandchild. Lupin successfully completes the heist but is pursued by the DGES alongside Jigen. He discovers the painting conceals a notebook with details about crimes suppressed by the French police, evidence capable of ruining high-ranking officials. Lupin then learns the Gaston who hired him was an impostor, as the real Gaston died a month ago. A clue points to Albert d'Andrésy, someone from Lupin's past whom he wished to avoid.
