Six years ago at a magical academy called the Tower of Fang, a serious incident occurred when the magic user Azali lost control of the sword Baltanders. As a result, she was transformed into a massive dragon known as Bloody August. Krilancelo, a fellow student who was deeply concerned about Azali, was disturbed to learn that the Tower's elders refused to help her and instead wanted to ignore the incident.
