Fascinated by the video featuring Softie Sadao and Scaredy-cat Toshiko, the group decides to visit an abandoned hospital to find the rumored Open Room on the top three floors. They aim to capture evidence of spirits like a baby red devil, a bandaged man in a wheelchair, and a female doctor with long black hair. Upon hearing a baby cry, they investigate only to discover a cat. Conan senses something unusual about the animal, remarking that this resembles true ghosts, before the group proceeds upstairs.
