Conan observes the case, having kept his identity secret from Ran. Both parties sense they are being followed. Arihara recalls her time as vocalist for the band Albarosa, featuring Kensuke Domon, Jotaro Tanemura, and Yoji Kinomoto. The group disbanded after charity donations vanished, drawing criticism. Kogoro initially suggests Arihara was suspected of theft, but suspicion shifts to the other three members. He realizes they all met three years ago during that incident.
