Wealthy attendees, including jewelry store owners and luxury car drivers, gather for this event. Yoko Matsuda attends with her driver, Genki Ishikawa, known as Detective Taxi. While observing the luxury vehicles present, Ishikawa spots a suspicious pair photographing the cars. He determines that criminal activity is likely occurring and decides to intervene. This incident prompts the detective to launch an investigation into the strange behavior observed during the exclusive festival gathering.
