Ep. 134: Conan exposes Kihisae Tanaka as the culprit behind the crossbow tricks and Hamano's murder
134

Conan recreates the crossbow attack to lure everyone outside, then knocks out Serena with a tranquilizer to reveal Kihisae Tanaka as the culprit. He explains that Tanaka used a string with an object to break the window and fired a concealed crossbow to fake an external attack. For the bottom window, she used a pre-prepared arrow stuck to the mirror. Regarding Hamano's murder, Tanaka strangled him and used resilient strings fired from the balcony to the forest to support his weight. She tied a string around his body and slid it down using the positioned strings, then tied the remaining strings into an arrow and fired it. Conan notes the arrows had connected strings, which should be found on Tanaka. She confesses, revealing that online group members prompted her grandfather, a famous magician, to attempt a dangerous trick that caused his death. Conan confronts Katsuki Doi, revealing his name is an anagram for Kaito Kid. Kid states he saw someone on the magician's account and wanted to investigate, then escapes the lounge using a hang glider.
