Ep. 200: Eri and Conan expose Norifumi as the true murderer in a complex trap involving Kogoro.

Eri feigns that Kogoro is the killer to deceive the actual culprit. Norifumi enters a room he thought belonged to Ritsuko, but it is a trap set by Conan and Eri, who identify him as her real killer. A memo reading "hayashi 2" confused Norifumi, who thought it referred to hayashi rice at 2 o'clock, while it actually indicated a meeting with lawyer Hayashi. Notes and signs prevented doorbell rings to avoid waking the drunk Kogoro. Norifumi strangled Ritsuko with a phone card, framed Kogoro, and tampered with the chain lock using thread. He broke the lock by tackling the door, intending to stage a suicide but changed plans upon finding Kogoro in bed. Norifumi confesses that Ritsuko tortured his village and he murdered her to stop a scandal involving Kogoro that would ruin Eri's career. Later, Kogoro asks Eri to return home after one year since their divorce. Eri ignores him, then listens to the recording of his plea at home.
