Kogoro, Ran, and Conan attend a professional wrestling match where a wrestler challenges the legendary Wolf Face. Before the bout, Wolf Face's challenger, Hyota Nagase, is discovered dead in his room. A secret video camera captures a man wearing Wolf Face's mask committing the murder. Consequently, four wrestlers who share the same body structure as Wolf Face are gathered and interrogated by the police.
