After reviewing surveillance footage, Conan deduces the culprit's identity by analyzing the Wolf Face mask's movement. He tranquilizes Kogoro and instructs the wrestlers to wear the mask while walking in a straight line. Conan identifies Iwao Ushigome as the murderer because the figure on camera struggled to walk, indicating unfamiliarity with the mask. Evidence includes a torn mask on Ushigome with blood seeping onto a second mask found in his jacket, stained with Nagase's blood. When Ushigome attacks the other wrestlers, Ran incapacitates him, confirming the deduction.
