Dyce flees through the fog, prompting Lepka to secure permission to utilize the GunBoat and the Falco for pursuit. Meanwhile, Conan manages to escape from jail and secretly boards the Falco. Jimsy reveals to Lana that he is a companion of Conan. Dyce encounters Lana, who becomes angry about his abandonment of Conan; in response, Dyce opens a window and threatens to throw her out. The Falco spots a light and follows the Barracuda. Conan escapes again and attempts to board the Barracuda.
