Ryoko suspects that Yuki has changed from her previous self. Both Ryoko and Kyon are concerned that Yuki’s altered behavior might become obvious to their classmates. Despite these worries, Yuki successfully acts like her former self. She manages to play the role of the old Yuki without any issues. Consequently, no one in the class notices any difference in her actions or personality. The group remains unaware of the changes that Ryoko and Kyon have observed. Yuki’s performance allows her to blend in seamlessly with her peers. This situation alleviates the immediate fear that their secret would be discovered by others in their school environment.
