On the day before Valentine's Day, Ryoko assists Nagato in making chocolates, while Haruhi takes Kyon around town to investigate mysteries. The following day, Nagato shares lunch with Mikuru and Tsuruya, who offer her encouragement. Subsequently, Nagato executes Ryoko's plan to spend time alone with Kyon. However, upon arriving at the clubroom, she is surprised to find Haruhi presenting Kyon with a chocolate.
