The Sealing Team attempts to contain the Three-Tails and instructs Sai to escort Yuukimaru to safety. Kabuto's subordinates attack them, but Rinji intervenes. The group decides to abandon Orochimaru, yet they immediately experience severe side effects from their abilities. Rinji provides an antidote only after extracting a promise of loyalty. His men subsequently assault the Sealing Team, who are rescued by Kakashi, Yamato, and Shino. Meanwhile, Rinji forces Yuukimaru to consume additional medication to maintain control over the Three-Tails. This segment is part of the Three-Tails' Appearance arc, specifically episode 21 out of 24.
