Itachi attempts to remove Sasuke's remaining eye while Sasuke breaks free from the Tsukuyomi illusion. With genjutsu ineffective, the siblings engage in ninjutsu combat where Sasuke initially gains the advantage. Itachi counters by unleashing Amaterasu, but Sasuke utilizes a substitution jutsu to avoid the flames. Itachi accuses Sasuke of having no chakra remaining, yet Sasuke reveals he arrived prepared with one final technique. This last resort is intended to finally realize his dream of killing his brother. This scene is part of the Fated Battle Between Brothers arc, which is the fourth installment out of ten episodes in the series.
