Ep. 347: Akatsuki faces Hidden Stone deception while Jiraiya praises students' progress in Rain Village.
Jiraiya expresses satisfaction after Kakashi reports that his students are fostering change in the Hidden Rain Village through dialogue. In the village, Kyuusuke delivers Akatsuki requests to Yahiko, who aims to surpass Hanzo. Hanzo, having learned of the group from a subordinate, approves of their shared ideals. Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato visit a village attacked by Hidden Stone ninja to seek a peaceful resolution. The attackers refuse to listen, forcing Yahiko to kill one and injuring Konan. This enrages Nagato, who nearly summons the Gedo Statue but is stopped by his friends. The attackers were actually Danzo and his ANBU in disguise, aiming to break the Hidden Stone ceasefire with the Hidden Leaf. Danzo plans to acquire the Rinnegan by using dead subordinates disguised as Hidden Rain ninja to deceive Hanzo. Obito and Zestu observe these events.
