The Ten-Tails launches a massive Tailed Beast Ball at the Alliance. Shikamaru and Ino devise a plan to create an earth barrier while Bee slows the attack, but it pierces through. Minato arrives to teleport the ball to the sea. Other Hokages appear to trap the Ten-Tails. Sasuke arrives, shocking the Konoha 11, and declares his intent to protect the village and become Hokage. Team 7 reunites to face the Ten-Tails. In Kamui's dimension, Obito berates Kakashi about the world's failing reality and comrades. Kakashi responds that losing comrades is worse than trash and believes they will fill the hole in his heart.
