Meanwhile, Teams 8 and 10 vow to grow stronger, though Hashirama observes that the Ten Tails continuously produces more powerful foes. Sai attempts a solo assault on the enemy's head but fails and is rescued by Naruto. Sai expresses concern over the vast distance between the alliance and the Ten Tails' main body. In response, Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura summon Gamakichi, Aoda, and Katsuyu to assist in the battle.
