Ep. 449: The Shinobi Unite and Sasuke's Return to Konoha
Tsunade alerts the Konoha 11 that Sasuke killed Orochimaru and may join the Akatsuki. While they search for him, Sasori unveils puppets to rule the world. Sasuke doubts his path until Itachi appears, alive, to guide him. During the battle against Sasori and other Akatsuki members, Sasuke reunites with his former comrades. Minato and shinobi from other hidden villages arrive to help seal the puppets. Sasori summons puppets of the Raikage, Mizukage, and Tsuchikage to fight Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura. Jiraiya arrives with Nagato and Konan, announcing Naruto as the new Team Jiraiya member. Itachi assists Sasuke in defeating the Kage puppets. Naruto and Sasuke combine their powers to destroy Sasori. Finally, Naruto asks Sasuke to return home, which he agrees to, promising to change the world in his own way.
