Sasuke agrees to return to Konoha but rejects being comrades with the others, intending to change the village. He and Naruto fight at Orochimaru's old hideout, arguing about the past as Sasuke accuses Naruto of leaving him behind. After the battle, they reconcile and head back to Konoha. Meanwhile, Tsunade wakes up from sleeping while reading Jiraiya's novel after Dan calls her. In the real world, Tsunade mumbles in her sleep, trapped in the Infinite Tsukuyomi along with countless others.
