Ep. 6: Gaara is captured by Deidara after blocking an explosion while Naruto reflects on his goals

Gaara shields the Hidden Sand from a C3 blast with a massive sand umbrella. Kankuro remembers Gaara’s promise to control his beast and protect the village as Kazekage, earning the villagers' respect. After Gaara withdraws his sand, Deidara attacks with exploding clay spiders, knocking him unconscious and planting explosives in his armor. Deidara carries Gaara’s body away on a clay bird’s tail. Meanwhile, Iruka and Naruto eat ramen, discussing Naruto’s growth. Naruto vows to Iruka that he will achieve his dream of becoming Hokage, just as Gaara has proven himself. This event occurs during the Kazekage Rescue Mission arc, specifically episode 6 of 32.
