Ep. 8: Akane worries about Konomi leaving the music club for entrance exams

Akane fears her senior Konomi will quit the music club to study for entrance exams. After school, Akane meets Konomi at a festival, and Konomi stays at the Koshigaya residence that night. Natsumi initiates a pillow fight, and the group attempts to conceal a hole in the screen door from their mother, leading to an unexpected turn of events. Later, Akane confesses her anxiety to Renge about losing her practice partner when Konomi enters college. Hotaru, Komari, and Natsumi visit Konomi’s house to find Renge. Akane manages her anxiety and plays the flute for her friends, resolving her concerns about the future.
