Ep. 5: Yato and Yukine Stay at Hiyori's House Amidst Phantom Threats

Yato instructs Yukine on crafting a borderline regalia for phantom combat. Hiyori insists Yukine reside with her, doubting Yato’s caregiving abilities, and Yato reluctantly agrees. He subsequently sneaks into the home to monitor Yukine’s behavior around Hiyori. Conflict arises when Yukine attempts to steal a skateboard, prompting Hiyori to intervene. Yukine flees, and Yato later clarifies that his impure thoughts cause him physical pain. During his escape, Yukine meets the spirit of a girl who died in a traffic accident. This spirit becomes possessed by a phantom, forcing Yato to compel Yukine to fight and defeat her against his will.
