Desperate to reach Kyoto and avenge his father's death, Rikuo seeks to rescue Yura. Because his current abilities are insufficient, Nurarihyon sends his grandson to Tono Village for rigorous training. This assignment aims to significantly enhance Rikuo's combat skills. During his stay in the village, he befriends new companions who assist him in uncovering his true identity. These interactions also help him gain a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and meaning associated with being Nurarihyon's heir, setting the stage for his future endeavors.
