Noriko Hanamura's husband invites Yamaoka and Kurita to a new pizza restaurant opened by his friends. Sekitori sumo wrestler Kagaminada of Shimatakabeya arrives but prefers the owner's sister, Toshiko Iimura. He declines to join them, citing sumo rules requiring chanko food for weight gain. Before a regional tour, Yamaoka suggests a Yokozuna dine there. The oyakata agrees, enjoys the huge yokozuna pizza, and orders Kagaminada to eat there daily after seeing his interest in Toshiko. Kagaminada subsequently wins his bout on the regional tour with renewed energy.
