President Kim Changyoung visits to discuss the deal, but emcee Tomio Tomii offends him by smoking, drinking, and serving spicy kimchi before the guest. Kim cancels the agreement. Staff review the failure, noting Tomii's poor etiquette. Yamaoka sends properly made kimchi to Kim, successfully repairing the relationship. Talks resume with Tomii showing proper courtesy to the Korean businessman, allowing the publication project to proceed.
