Ep. 3: Otohime and Mimi Usami Compete in a Tortoise and Hare Inspired Pageant

Otohime seeks to defeat Mimi Usami, who bullied her during elementary school, by entering an Otogi Academy pageant based on the fable of the Tortoise and the Hare. She enlists the Otogi Bank for support, leading both parties to launch slander campaigns against each other. Ryouko and other girls are unexpectedly included in the contest. Otohime recalls her history with Mimi and her friendship with Tarou. During the event, female participants display swimsuits, attracting audience attention, but neither Otohime nor Mimi achieves a ranking. Ultimately, Liszt Kiriki informs Otohime that she secured victory by receiving Tarou’s sole vote.
