Panty and Stocking suspect Garterbelt of secret sexual activities and search for evidence to use against him. Instead, they find his diary, which reveals his history as a crime lord killed by God. God forced him to live through all of history until he agreed to become a missionary. The sisters spend the entire day in their living room, discussing various topics while waiting for Garterbelt to prepare their dinner.
