Ep. 12: Scanty and Kneesocks report to Corset while Brief proposes to Panty during his engagement party.
Scanty and Kneesocks inform Corset, the mayor of Daten City, about their failed battles with Panty and Stocking and the location of Hell's Monkey's blood kin. Although both sisters have gathered sufficient Heaven Coins to return to Heaven, only Stocking is permitted to leave. Panty must remain on Earth and is banned from sex as punishment for her misconduct. To lift her spirits, Brief invites Panty to a party where he is supposedly engaged to the mayor's daughter, who is actually Scanty in disguise. Instead, Brief declares his intention to marry Panty. The Demon sisters attack, causing Panty to lose her powers as she flees with Brief. She attempts to consummate their relationship but discovers she has regained her virginity. Corset and the sisters then abduct Brief, whose penis is the key to Hell's Gate, leaving Panty unable to rescue him.
