Panty and Stocking compete against Scanty and Kneesocks in a volleyball match to control the public beach. The Anarchy sisters win, prompting the Demon sisters to release aquatic Ghosts before fleeing. Stocking falls for a rude Ghost and considers abandoning her angelic duties to stay with him. Worried, Panty tries to kill the entity, but the Ghost reveals he shares Stocking's feelings and proposes. Upon Stocking's acceptance, the Ghost finds peace and ascends to Heaven, resolving the conflict without further violence.
