Liko, Roy, Dot, Friede, and Perrin seek Kleavor on Tengu Mountain. Lapras battles the Pokémon, revealing they are merely greeting each other. After a skirmish in a bamboo grove, the group earns Kleavor's trust. It leads them to an Ancient Poké Ball, showing a vision of Lucius freeing it and inviting it on his journey. Lucius mentions Rystal, sparking curiosity. Kleavor joins the group. Perrin departs, and Liko and the others return to the Brave Olivine, where they are visited by her grandmother's Squawkabilly.
