Ash finds it difficult to wake up after a strange dream featuring the Legendary Pokémon Solgaleo and Lunala. While heading to school, Tapu Koko diverts his path to reveal a small, cloud-like Pokémon that Rotom cannot identify. Lillie gives the creature the nickname Nebby, prompting Ash to recall his dream promise to protect it. This event draws the attention of Lusamine, head of the Aether Foundation, who arrives with colleagues to study and care for the unknown entity. However, Ash remains determined to keep his promise, leaving Nebby’s true identity a mystery for the time being.
