The group enjoys a sleepover at Professor Kukui’s residence, with Professor Burnet joining the festivities. Fun is interrupted when Kiawe accidentally triggers Turtonator’s Inferno Overdrive during a Z-Move pose game, and Burnet’s Munchlax devours the prepared dinner. Later, Lillie struggles with insomnia and receives comforting advice from Professor Burnet regarding her family matters. The following day, Nebby unexpectedly takes Lillie to meet her brother and his partner, the enigmatic Silvally. This encounter leaves Lillie deeply terrified, causing her to lose the ability to touch any Pokémon, including her own Snowy.
