Lillie strives to permanently overcome her fear of touching Pokémon with assistance from Nebby as they explore the origins of her anxiety. However, Faba, the creator of Silvally, intends to prevent Lillie from recovering these memories. He captures her to ensure she remains afraid, causing her distress to return. Silvally intervenes to rescue Lillie from Faba's grasp. Upon remembering that Silvally saved her previously, Lillie's terror of physical contact with Pokémon completely disappears, allowing her to finally conquer her long-standing phobia through this pivotal realization and rescue.
